The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In good overall condition with the typical kiln imperfections in the making, including a short firing line inside the spout and scattered pinprick-sized glaze bubbles, mainly to the cover; an old hairline crack (approx. 21⁄4 in.), now lightly stained, horizontally above the foot on the side beneath the spout, largely obscured by the curved profile; light rubbing to the gilding throughout.
