The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The ormolu with typical rubbing, light tarnish and some oxidation including some spots of verdigris to the handles. Some extending bits of foliate decoration re-attached with superfluous hardware.
With wear to the top underneath where the marble sits, not readily visible when marble is placed.
With some scattered age and construction cracks, including to the panel on the left side of commode and the left side of the upper drawer.
The marble top with natural inclusions, nicks and 'nibbles' to edges. With three repaired breaks including to the back left corner and one break that bifurcates starting from the center to the back right corner, now with some minor losses and associated infilled repair.
The reverse of the carcass with repaired vertical shrinkage cracks stabilized with canvas.
