The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Presenting well overall with scattered imperfections, in the making, including dark kiln specks throughout and scattered firing lines, including one from the eye into the mouth of the female lion; scattered faint scratches, rubbing and wear to the surfaces; the male lion with a repaired break to the proper right side of his upper jaw, the repair lines stretching from the lip to the eye, through the nostril and down to the teeth.
