The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Presenting well overall with some minor imperfections, in the making, including scattered small firing lines, most prominently at the lower edges, and occasional popped bubbles to the turquoise enamels; scattered minor scratches, rubbing and wear to the surfaces, consistent with age and handling; each with some restoration to her central hair ornament; the lady playing the cymbals with restoration to her proper left hand, now somewhat yellowed; the lady playing the drum with some fingers restored at each of her hands, the restoration slightly yellowed in these areas as well, her proper right hand missing the handle of its drumstick.
