The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In good overall condition with minor patina to the frames and light scratches to the porcelain panels, commensurate with age and use as a table; the screen with thrushes slightly wobbly, a loss (approx. 1 in.) to the reverse of its upper rail; the top panel with a restoration to its lower left corner; the lower panel with two chips, one smaller (approx. 1/4 in.) to the right side and one larger (approx. 1 in.) to the left side, both mostly obscured by the frame. The metal feet curving in at slightly different angles.
