The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in decorative condition. The marble with natural inclusions, scattered surface wear including scuffs and scratches consistent with use and handling. With some scattered small nicks and 'nibbles', primarily to edges. With a slight variation to the surface of the marble. The one with a more matte appearance with two small repaired breaks to the socle, now restored, and with a plugged hole to the underside; with a further chip to the base. The one with a shinier surface with some scattered faint cracks, and with a hole for drainage on the side, with a further chip to corner of base. Each now fixed to the socle and with some minor plaster residue. Present well overall.
