The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

All five with scattered small losses to decoration (not extensive). Scattered surface dirt and some rubbing. The pagoda tops with bending, losses and flaking to decoration and losses to spiral and bell-hung finials, as visible in catalog illustration (some elements retained). The openwork decoration with some bends in areas. One with a broken glass panel. Another example with the faux-candle and drip-pan element detached but present.
