The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The figure in overall very good condition. The surface with very light dirt, specifically in the folds of the drapery. With expected natural inclusions, some of which have been filled, for example to the figure's left elbow, and minor nicks and scratches as to be expected. The tambourine with a consolidated hairline crack along the lower edge. The goat's left horn previously broken and recarved. The lower edge of the base with areas of epoxy and minor chips and nibbles. The onyx pedestal with chips and losses along the corners and edges.
