There are the inevitable minor nicks, marks and scratches consistent with age and use.
As stated in the catalogue, the surout incorporates some early 19th century elements (such as the pierced vine band and rounded uprights), but the construction is later.
The ormolu slightly rubbed at highpoints.
The circular mirror plate slightly foxed and oxidised.
Highly decorative and ready to place.
