Very small restoration at two corners of the frame and two small pin holes near the upper right corner.
Small solder repair to one of the scroll terminal.
Some scratching and pitting on the frame consistent with age and wear.
The leather case stamped 'Tffany & Co, New York Paris London' in cover with silk purple lining with loose and very damaged cover.
