The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Generally in good condition with the usual marks, scratches and small repairs.
With some horizontal shrinkage cracks to the top and some minor shrinkage to the parquetry.
Printed label underneath 'Inventory # 93 Prop Kabiln'.
Some consolidated horizontal shrinkage to the sides.
Split to the banding beneath the lower drawer, would benefit from being consolidated.
Structurally sound and ready to be placed.
