The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The hen with small bruises on the tail at junction to body with small old solder repair visible on underside; the pheasant with small solder repair on the edge of the tail mid-way and one on the tip visible only on underside.
