The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in good condition with some marks, nicks, scratches, small losses and repairs as to be expected with age and use.
To the top a circular patch repair to the veneer front right hand corner and a few other smaller patch repairs to the top, also some patch repairs to the banding around edge of top. Overall there are some patch repairs and replacements to the veneer and moulding.
The handles and locks replaced. Hanging drawers.
Some shrinkage as you expect to the oak drawer lining.
Some scattered old inactive wood worm holes in areas.
Some handle with a section detached but retained.
A section of the back board replaced.
Later feet and with a dark wash underneath.

Nice figured walnut, structurally sound and ready to be placed and used.
