The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Provisional condition report :
There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches and shrinkage cracks consistent with age and use.
There are several losses to paint and to the gilding as expected, revealing the red bole, the white gesso and the bare wood underneath.
The left arm of one of the putti has been restorated.
There is a minor loss to the lower plinth of one panel.
There are minor cracks and very minor losses to the sculpture.
There are traces of inactive woodworms.
