The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Marks clear to legible. Engraving all later and clear. The stamped initials clear.
Some light scratching and wear consistent with age and use. Some knife marks in centres.
The basin with small casting hole in the gadrooned border.
The deep circular dish with small dent on one side.
The circular second course dishes: one with some wear on high points (the one with initials) and the other with pin hole in the raised side, and small bruise to underside.
