The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Weathered overall.
Motelling to the surface overall and with areas of rust stain and several black marks to the right lower leg of Minerva.
Crack to the base; this appears to be stable.
Chips overall.
The upper torso and head of the companion figure was probably damaged and replaced with a newly carved piece of marble; this has itself subsequently been damaged; leaving the proper right breast and shoulder, proper right arm and the nose of Minerva lacking. There are several holes drilled probably to dowel in extra pieces of marble; one hole retains a rusted iron dowel.
