The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There is a triangle shaped section broken and restuck to the rim, approximately 6 cm. across at the top, with some small associated losses. There is an extending hairline crack from the bottom point of the triangle, extending half way around the shoulder of the jar. There is a crescent shaped section broken and restuck to the footrim, with associated overpainting.
VNGO·ARAGON
The interior with blankened encrusted residue. Footrim with a 5 cm. long section broken out and lacking. A few further small footrim chips.
Overall, some light glaze crazing, firing flaws and small areas of glaze loss, consistent with age and material. Overall in good decorative order.
