The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Neon light installation:
The fixture and electricity are not fully operational. The light cannot be turned on. The horizontal light bar at the bottom and the first alphabet are dislocated from their original position because the adhesiveness of the glue has worn off. The installation can no longer be hung on the wall. Faint surface scratches predominately along the bottom.

Archival print:
The work is examined inside the frame. The back and sides of the work cannot be checked due to framing status.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall fair condition.
