Follower; & Face

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Follower: The work is inspected inside the frame. The back and sides of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Very minor abrasion and cracking to the extreme right edge, lower left edge and left side of the upper edge. One spot of paint loss at the upper left corner. When examined under ultraviolet light, no retouching is apparent. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.

Face: Darkening of the varnish throughout. One small area of stabilized cracks and paint loss at the upper left quadrant, measuring approx. 0.4 x 0.4 cm. One tiny spot of paint loss near the upper right edge. When examined under ultraviolet light, no retouching is apparent. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
