The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is inspected inside the frame. The back and sides of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. The work surface is cleansed, faint creases are flattered, foxing and stains are lightened by professional conservators. Conservation report is available upon request. It is in our opinion the work is in overall good condition.
