The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is inspected without a frame. There is an area of craquelure located in the upper center quadrant, only visible under close inspection. Faint rubbing marks and minor canvas abrasions located at the top right area. There are two minor horizontal accretions running along the lower right extreme margin. Slight canvas abrasion near the bottom left corner. When examined under UV light, no retouching is apparent. Overall it is in our opinion that the work is in good condition.
