The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Pinpoint paint losses on upper left and on lower middle edge. Scattered stable hairline cracks. Minor and stable paint lifting on lower left. Slightly dusty front and back surface. Yellow foxing dots are visible on the reverse and overlap of the canvas. When examined under UV light, no apparent retouching shows. It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
