There is a scratch with wooden splinters adhered in the middle of the upper half, measuring approximately 12 cm. There is a minute loss in the upper left, close to the left edge. There are a few small losses of the green paint on the back of the bird. There is lifting of paint layer in the lower left quadrant around the snake's eyes. When examined under ultraviolet light, no inpainting is apparent.
