The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged at the corners to the backing cloth. The sheet has deckled edges and undulates slightly. Faint handling marks and paper crease are visible occasionally, only with close inspection under raking light. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
