The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work was examined in the frame. Mild craquelure is ocassionally throughout. An area of loss is to the upper right edge, measuring approx. 3 x 1.5 cm.. Minute to small losses are ocassionally throughout, with the biggest one measuring approx. 1 x 0.4 cm.. An area of craquelure associated with losses is to the lower center, measuring approx. 1.5 x 2.5 cm.. When examined under UV light, several areas of inpainting are seen at the locations of paint loss.
