The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Translucent water stain on the lower left, approx. area of 12 x 11 cm. Yellowing on the upper right fringe and right edge. A few foxing dots scattered among the pears and near the signature. There are no other apparent condition issues observed. It is in our opinion there is no other apparent condition issue.
