The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

La surface présente quelques petites accrétions et légères traces de manipulation par endroits sur la surface. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

All elements appear to be present. The work is structurally sound. There are oxidation marks in places to the surface, mostly to the recesses. The irregularities to the surface such as the small dent points, superficial scratches and irregularities of the polishing along the right edge are inherent to the artist's working method. The surface presents small accretions and slight handling marks in places to the surface. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
