Sous réserve de ce qui précède et selon notre opinion, cette œuvre apparaît être en bonne condition générale.

This work is sold framed. Watercolour and pen and India ink on laid paper laid down on board. Some pale discolouration throughout. Three of four scuffs to the upper left quadrant. A short diagonal line of surface abrasion towards the upper left corner. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that this work appears to be in a generally good condition.
