The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. La feuille est fixée au revers à un support cartonné par des charnières. Les bords sont irréguliers. La feuille a très légèrement jauni et présente une légère ondulation. Un tout petit point d'enfoncement est visible le long du bord supérieur au centre. Présence de quelques très petites accrétions ainsi que de quelques légères cassures et froissures du papier par endroits sur la surface. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The sheet is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support. The edges are irregular. The sheet has very slightly yellowed and undulates slightly. A minute point of dent is visible along the upper edge to the center. There are a few very small accretions as well as a few slight creases of the paper in places to the surface. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
