The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
La feuille présente une légère ondulation, principalement dans les angles inférieurs. Présence de légers écaillages dans la partie orange et dans l'angle inférieur gauche. Quelques petits points de piqûre et d'accrétion sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Une légère trace de frottement, due au cadre et associée à deux petits points de manque de matière, est visible le long du bord droit, dans la partie verte. Quelques autres très légères traces de frottement associées à des petits points de manque de matière sont visibles sur la trache droite, dans la partie bleue. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général.
The sheet undulates slightly, mostly to the lower corners. There is slight flaking to the orange area and to the lower left corner. A few small spots of foxing and pinpoint accretions are visible in places to the surface. Minor rubbing, due to the frame and associated to two small points of paint loss, is visible along the right edge, in the green area. Other very minor rubbing, associated to minor paint losses, is visible to the right extreme edge, in the blue area. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
