The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. La feuille est fixée au revers à un support cartonné. La partie supérieure de la feuille présente une ondulation. Le papier est légèrement insolé. Les quatre bords de la feuille sont colorés. Présence de cassures le long du bord supérieur de la feuille. Présence d'une marque de pliure dans l'angle supérieur droit. Verso: le papier est coloré et présente des inscriptions au graphite, probablement de l'encadreur. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The sheet is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support. The upper part of the sheet undulates slightly. The paper and the four edges are toned. There are creases along the upper edge of the sheet. There is a folding mark to the upper right corner. Verso: the paper is toned and presents inscriptions in graphite, presumably from the framer. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
