Christie’s July Contemporary Edition Sale presents over 150 post-war and contemporary prints and multiples by artists such as Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and Ed Ruscha, alongside contemporary works by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring and Damien Hirst.

The sale features a selection of more than 90 prints from the archive of Derrière L’Étoile Studios, the iconic Long Island City lithography workshop founded by Maurice Sanchez in 1978. Bringing together works by artists including John Baldessari, Robert Longo, Raymond Pettibon and James Rosenquist, the selection celebrates the workshop’s rich history of artistic collaboration and printmaking.
