The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet
- the screenprinted surface in very good condition, with no apparent scuffs
- the paper tone slightly darker at the sheet edges (the original paper tone where covered by the mount, as is fairly common)
- at the lower right corner there is an unobtrusive flattened crease (not affecting the signature) which has a slightly shiny appearance in a raking light
