The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the printed surface in very good condition, with no apparent scuffs.
- some soft handling indentations and undulations across the sheet, only visible in a raking light.
- the sheet mounted at the sheet edges on the reverse to a foamboard (not possible to see how attached), the reverse therefore unexamined.
