The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- the full sheet.
- the subject generally in very good condition.
- the numbering very slightly smudged.
- some fine and unobtrusive wiping marks in the black (as is common), mainly visible in a raking light. A faint vertical line also visible in a raking light (probably from the squeegee in the printing process)
- a tiny spot of red pigment in the red at upper right (possibly associated with the printing)
- the sheet tightly adhered (possibly with strong double sided tape) at the upper corners on the reverse to the backboard
Otherwise as described and generally in good condition.
Framed (with glass).
