The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the screenprinted surface in very good condition, with no apparent scuffs
- in a raking light, a short 10 mm. horizontal crease in the left margin at centre, and a shorter 4 mm. one below
- in a raking light, a short 15 mm. diagonal crease at the upper left corner in the blue background (not visible in normal lighting)
- hinged with paper hinges along the sheet edges on the reverse to a mount (the reverse not fully examined)
