The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the spine with minor dents at the upper and lower edges, the upper corners of the cover slightly creased, the cover with unobtrusive very soft scuffs.
- the inner binding slightly beginning to separate (fragile, as common).
- some of the pages with a few soft and short indentations in places (mostly visible in raking light and probably intrinsic to the manufacturing).
Otherwise as described and generally in very good condition.
