Plate 1: diagonal creases in places at the extreme sheet corners

Plate 2: the sheet unevenly toned, two horizontal soft scuffs in the image center, two ³⁄₄-in. scratches in the subject's mouth (with associated ink loss), a minor nick to the upper sheet edge

Plate 3: rubbing at the upper left sheet corner

Plate 4: occasional pale areas of surface soiling in places in the lower margin, two pinpoint accretions in the lower margin, a minor skinned area at the extreme lower sheet edge (with associated ink loss)

Plate 5: a few vertical scuffs in the image center, a vertical hairline scratch toward the left image edge
