The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description, each the full sheet, very occasional soft creases in places in the margins, very occasional areas of discoloration on the reverse (not showing through), otherwise in good condition

1: a very pale area of discoloration in the lower left margin

2: two horizontal creases at the extreme upper sheet edge

3: a soft scuff in the lower margin

6: a pale pinpoint area of discoloration in the lower margin, a pale area of discoloration at the extreme upper right sheet corner

7: a pinpoint foxmark on the reverse (not showing through)

8: a minor nick to the upper sheet edge

9: a very pale area of discoloration at the lower right sheet corner

12: a very pale area of discoloration in the lower margin
