The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet
- the screenprinted surface in very good condition, with no apparent scuffs
- an unobtrusive, semi-circular scratch in the paper at the upper-left margin (approximately 9 cm.), and a small, pale fox mark to the left
- a small and unobtrusive, pale stain at the bottom edge of the sheet
- some skinned spots on the reverse, associated with spot glue. Spot glued at the upper-left corner on the reverse to the mount, with a hinge at upper right
- some scattered spots of mould on the reverse (not showing through to the front)
