lift-ground etching and aquatint with carborundum in colours, with hand-colouring, on Two Rivers wove paper, 2000, initialled, dated MM and inscribed PP 5/5 in pencil, a printer's proof aside from the edition of forty (there were also 18 artist's proofs), co-published by The Institute of Contemporary Art, Philadelphia and Alan Cristea Gallery, London, printed and hand-coloured by Jack Shirreff at the 107 Workshop
