- the mosaic apparently in very good condition (a couple of tiny dots in the white tiles are part of the manufacturing process)
- some subtle and unobtrusive smudges or handling marks on the back cover
- a split along the spine on the back cover at the lower edge (approx. 6.5 cm.)
- the plexiglass case with some light scratches and minor remains of sellotape at the top
- the map folded and apparently in very good condition
