The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- probably the full sheet. printed to the edges of the sheet, a deckle edge at the right, the sheet slightly uneven at the upper left corner (probably as issued)
- occasional, very soft and unobtrusive creasing along the sheet edges in places
- remains of old paper at the upper corners on the reverse, with associated soft skinning
- a few pencil and crayon inscriptions on the reverse
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
