SP: three plates

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description, soft scuffs to the matte ink, adhesive remains in places at the extreme sheet edges

(SP-IV): minor areas of discoloration in the upper left printed area, pale surface soiling in the margins

(SP-V): an area of discoloration in the upper right printed area, pale surface soiling in places in the margins

(SP-XII): minor nick to the upper right sheet edge, pale surface soiling in places on the reverse sheet, minor nicks to the reverse upper sheet edge
