The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- the lithographs in very good condition, Luciaaaa with a pinpoint scuff and occasional discolouration at the extreme sheet edges in places
- the book in good condition, showing some minor scuffs and two horizontal traces on the cover
- the original box showing some wear and minor scuffs in places
