The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue entry:
- the full sheet
- some unobtrusive, circular, pale-brown spots in the upper margin (possibly stray printing ink)
- a couple of tiny and unobtrusive spots of foxing in the lower margin
- hinged at places along the sheet edges on the reverse
As described and apparently in very good condition (the work has been examined under a raking light, but has not been examined out of the publisher's frame).
