Men in the Cities: two prints

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description, each the full sheet, in generally very good condition, framed

(ANNE): very pale time staining, soft handling creases and very pale surface soiling in places in the unprinted areas, two areas of skinning towards the upper right sheet corner, minor rubbing in places towards the extreme sheet edges (with associated pale surface soiling)

(EDMUND): very pale time staining, soft handling creases and very pale surface soiling in places in the unprinted areas, a 1/8-in. pale area of discoloration to the right of the subject's shoulder, a very minor nick in the subject's leg, minor rubbing in places towards the extreme sheet edges (with associated pale surface soiling)
