The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue entry:
- there are some tiny losses in the black in the left subject and at places at the edges, showing the brown board below.
- on the reverse some areas of minor moisture stains at places along the edges and the outstretched arm, consistent with the nature of the 'art drop' having taken place outside (these moisture stains not visible on the front).
