The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Slightly lighter timber to the sides, possibly as a result of having been part of an even larger piece at one time, possibly having further cabinets to the sides, or possibly having been designed for a wall niche.
