The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Each chair with general overall marks, nicks, surface scratches, tiny losses and old well-disguised repairs consistent with age and use. Structurally sound and ready to use. The caning is all intact but with varying degrees of wear. Likewise, the japanned surfaces throughout each chair with varying degrees of rubbing, flaking, and scattered losses revealing the wood beneath in some places. Altogether this contributes to a chic aged appearance.
